Using Your Dashboard
Once you're live, you get your own login to the system running behind your website. This is where your leads land, your conversations live, and your reviews come in. Here's what's in there and what you'll actually use day to day.
You don't need to log in for it to work.
Everything runs whether you're logged in or not. Missed calls get texted back, leads get followed up, reviews get requested. The dashboard is where you go to see what's happening and to reply to people, not something you have to babysit.

What else is in there
WHAT'S NOT IN THERE
The parts we keep on our side
You'll notice some things aren't in your menu. That's on purpose, not an oversight.
The automations, your website files, and the system settings all sit on our side. These are the pieces that break quietly — one wrong toggle and your missed-call texts stop sending, and nobody finds out for two weeks. Keeping them with us is what lets us guarantee the thing keeps working, and it's part of what you're paying for.
If you want something changed — different wording in an automatic text, a new stage on your pipeline, a tweak to your site — just message us. That's included.
ON YOUR PHONE
Using it on the go
There's a mobile app called LeadConnector, free on the App Store and Google Play. Same inbox, same contacts, same calendar, just on your phone so you can answer someone from a job site. Go ahead and download it whenever — your login won't be active until launch day, and we'll get you signed in and walk through it together on your launch call. Most owners end up living in the app and barely opening the desktop version.
We'll walk you through all of this.
Your launch call is a proper walkthrough, not a handover email. We'll go through the dashboard together, get you set up on your phone, and answer whatever comes up. This page is here for afterwards, when you've forgotten where something lives.
Stuck on something in the dashboard? Message us. If it's a question we get more than once, we'll add it here.
